Who: 4 year olds – 5th grade*
Cost: $25 per child
Children will learn that Jesus gives us the power to:
Be thankful, help others, be brave, live forever and tell others about God.

*Children must be 4 years old by September 1, 2008 or have a parent participating in VBS to participate.

Wednesdays
Wednesday is our time to learn. There are many different activities for children from 4:45-7:30pm.
|
Choir Programs - There are
choir programs available for children age 3 through children in 5th
grade. Each choir works with an age-specific group that will help the
children learn about the Bible and important Christian principles.
|
Pastor Thom's Time - A time for children to play on the playground with Pastor Thom.
Faithweavers - This program teaches children one Bible story and Bible verse each week through crafts, games, drama, and a snack. There are 4 stations that children participate in with their small groups that keep the children learning and engaged in activities.

| Dinner - Every week we serve dinner and the children have an opportunity to eat with their family together. This is an important part of their Wednesday night experience. |
| The children then travel to their next activity together. Dinner costs $3 per child and $6 for adults. | |

Sunday mornings is our time for worship and Sunday School.
Toddlers and ages 3-4 each have their own Sunday School classes which teaches them a Bible story each week from 9:30 - 10:30am.
Children in Kindergarten to fifth grade get a more hands on worship experience. First, children attend the Awakening service with their families at 9:30. Then children are called to the front for a childrens's short message.
At 9:50am the children are then taken to age-level Sunday School classes (K-1, 2-3, 4-5). Pick up is at 10:30 from their classrooms.
Children often have an opportunity to show off their musical talents during Sunday mornings.
