WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO:
We are parents who actively participate in our child’s school experience at The Growing Place, to help ensure that their days at school are as memorable and rewarding as possible. We are dedicated to promoting the well-being of the students while enriching their success through family and community involvement. We plan special enrichment activities and volunteer for fundraisers that help raise the money to make these activities possible.
Some Examples of Our PTG Enrichment Activities & Fundraisers:
PTG - ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES: Halloween Walk & Goodie Bags, Thanksgiving Food Drive, Christmas Toy Drive, Santa’s Visit, Snow Day, Valentine Balloon Distribution, Family Fun Day, Easter Bunny Visit & Egg Hunt, Field Day, Staff & Teacher Appreciation Luncheon, etc.
PTG - FUNDRAISERS: Sally Foster Sales (gift wrap, candy, candles & stationary), T-Shirt Sales, Scholastic Book Fair Sales, Bake Sales, Pizza Sales, Yearbook Sales, etc.
WHEN & WHERE WE MEET: We meet on the FIRST FRIDAY of each month
From 9:15 am – 10:15 am at ‘The Growing Place’ Adult Library
