Adults | Small Groups
The Small Group Ministry of the “Lighthouse on the Way” offers you an opportunity to belong to a church community that cares about your spiritual growth, and wants to make sure that you are connected to a small group of people with whom you can “do life together”. Involvement in a Small Group means the difference between just church attendance and actually joining the church family. We were not meant to walk through life alone. True growth, both spiritual and personal, takes place in loving, supportive, and grace-filled relationships – like those found in our Small Groups.
Each week, groups of 8-10 people meet across this community in homes or at the church to enjoy fellowship, experience positive life change, and gain support through real, authentic relationships. Small Groups are comfortable environments where people have the opportunity to seek God together. It’s a time to discuss different topics, like how to pray, how to develop a relationship with God, to study the Bible, to discuss parenting, and other real life issues.
Find your place at the Lighthouse on the Way. There is a Small Group just for you. Join us! For information about our Small Group Ministry, contact Kay Murff at 305-445-2578, ext. 113 or at kmurff@fumccg.org.
